Service scope

DomainFast provides domain availability, registration information, suffix guidance, and registrar price references. DomainFast is not a registrar and does not buy, renew, or hold domains for you.

Results and purchase decisions

Domain status can change because of registry delay, caching, premium or reserved rules, redemption, auctions, and concurrent registrations. Results are informational and are not a purchase guarantee.

Before paying, confirm availability, price, renewal, eligibility restrictions, and final terms with your chosen registrar.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful personal, commercial, and development work, but you must not:

• Circumvent rate limits, verification, or other abuse protections.
• Interfere with the service, registries, other users, or supporting infrastructure.
• Submit unlawful content or use results to infringe trademarks, privacy, or other third-party rights.

API and automation

The public API may enforce request-size, concurrency, rate, and cache limits. We may reject abnormal traffic, change limits, or suspend an endpoint to protect service quality.

Third-party services

Registries, WHOIS, RDAP, registrars, and external links are operated by third parties. DomainFast does not control their availability, prices, content, or policies.

Intellectual property

The DomainFast brand, interface, and original content are protected by applicable law. Domain names, registrar names, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DomainFast is not liable for lost domains, failed purchases, price changes, business interruption, or indirect loss caused by reliance on lookup results.

Service and terms changes

We may update features, limits, and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
